Located in the heart of Colleyville, Advanced Chiropractic & Sports Care is centrally located and accessible to most of the surrounding cities of the metro-plex. Dr. Jeff Connors has been practicing since 1995 and moved into our new Colleyville location in 2006! He will also be at the alternate location in Ft. Worth for a few hours on Mon, Wed and Fri. We are fully equipped to handle all your chiropractic needs and committed to bringing you better health and a better way of life by teaching and practicing the true principals of chiropractic care.
If you are new to our website, feel free to take some time to look around and learn more about chiropractic care. You should be able to find answers to all your questions about the practice specifically or general chiropractic care. Feel free to contact us with any question that we can assist you with. If you are a new patient and would like to get started with your paper work to expedite your visit with us, please go to the new patient file and print out the new patient information sheets and then don't forget to call or email us to set up an appointment!
